Liberty Online Introduces Interactive Web Product

Mounds View, Minn. – Liberty OnlineSM, one of the credit union movement’s leading Web hosting and design providers, has introduced its newest product, called PromoBranch®.

According to Keith Hillestad, president of Liberty Online, when credit union members visit a PromoBranch Web site, they are greeted with up to 110 customized marketing promotions designed to highlight specific products, services and other offerings. Hillestad said PromoBranch elevates the credit union member’s Web site experience.

Liberty Online’s first product, InfoBranch®, is designed to provide unlimited access to complete information, such as products, services, loan and membership applications and financial calculators for members who visit their credit union’s Web site.

Hillestad said the two products are designed to serve a wide variety of credit union objectives.

"InfoBranch is a highly engaging communications vehicle for credit unions, while PromoBranch takes a much more active role as an online advertising and marketing tool," explained Hillestad.

"Liberty Online helps the credit union maximize its Web site marketing impact," said Michelle Lenich, Liberty Online’s vice president of technology and operations. "We enhance the members’ experience by focusing on the one-click solution, making it quick and easy to locate the information they are interested in. According to Lenich, the PromoBranch design makes this easy. Credit unions can quickly and easily modify the design and content of their Web site for maximum marketing impact and enhanced user experience.

Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union (SCCFCU) currently uses Liberty Online’s PromoBranch for its Web site.

"Our goal is to create a virtual branch for our members to communicate with us 24 hours a day, seven days a week," said Jennifer Gibbs, SCCFCU’s director of Online Services. "We are constantly looking for new ways to bring our products and services online to better connect with our members.
